Guide: Booking with Dance Hub
This guide aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the booking process at Dance Hub:
workshops, classes, and other guided events that involve participant registration and advertisement through Dance Hub.
Step 1: Scheduling
Browse the calendar provided below to find open time slots and select the ones you wish to reserve for your event. Click on the event or toggle between modes to view the specifics and the start/end times of your chosen time slot. The notation "... with/without Poles" indicates whether poles are available in the studio during the designated time slot.
Step 2: Registration & Payment
This step is necessary if you intend to register participants for your event using the Dance Hub registration system.

Participants can register for the event via the Dance Hub Registration Page. The registration form contains the event details, duration, price, flyer (optional), studio policies & waiver link, and payment request and confirmation.
During the registration process, Dance Hub does not accept payments from participants. Instead, attendees are advised to directly send payments to the event organizer using Venmo, CashApp, or other platforms. In the event of a cancellation, it is the responsibility of the event organizer to refund all participants who have made payments for the canceled event.

Step 3: Studio Policies & Waiver and Release of Liability
Before the event commences, it is mandatory for all studio attendees to carefully review, furnish emergency contact details, and electronically sign the necessary paperwork.
This process is a one-time requirement.
Participants must complete the required paperwork by signing it before the event begins. This signature can be provided either during the online registration or at the studio prior to the event.
The event organizer(s) as well as workshop or class instructors are required to sign this paperwork before the event starts. This signature must be provided before the event begins.
Step 4: Advertisement
This step is necessary if you wish to promote your workshops or classes through the Dance Hub website and social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.

Events advertisements are conducted through the Dance Hub Website and Social Media - Instagram and Facebook. The website and social media posts include the event specifics, duration, price, flyer (optional), payment, and registration details. Additionally, the event organizer will be included as a collaborator on Instagram posts and mentioned in social media stories.
Dance Hub does not charge for advertisements.

Step 5: Payment to Dance Hub / Hourly Space Rental
This step is essential whether you're planning to conduct a workshop, class, or host an event at Dance Hub.
Dance Hub does not require pre-payment before the event or accept payment from event participants during the registration process.
The time booked for the event is categorized as Hourly Space Rental, and it must be paid in full within 24 hours after the event concludes.
Acceptable payment options include Venmo, Cash, or Card (a direct payment link provided by Dance Hub).
The hourly space rental rate varies depending on the number of individuals present at the studio and the event duration.

Discounted Rates can be requested for events with big capacity (8+ participants), recurring events, or series of events.
Not canceled classes and workshops that have only one participant are free of charge for the class/workshop instructor(s).
Studio Capacity
The studio's capacity varies depending on the type of event. Below are approximate figures to assist you in gauging the comfortable capacity for your event.
The studio's maximum capacity, inclusive of event participants, instructors, and organizers, is 20 attendees.

Pole Sport and Dance Classes. -
6-7 people
Floor dance, contemporary dance, break dance, acrobatics, etc. -
8-12 people
Hip-hop, high heels, samba, belly dance, etc. -
