    Wednesdays 7:30 pm / 1 hour

    You'll be guided step-by-step through learning new moves, tricks and techniques to strut your stuff in a pair of killer heels.

  • Floor Dance with Lena Yesman

    Wednesdays 6:20 pm / 1 hour

    It is a type of dance that focuses on movements executed close to the ground or entirely on the floor.
    Floor dance routines often incorporate acrobatic tricks and transitions while also focusing on flexibility and full-body movements.

  • Free Your Floorwork with Amy

    Mondays 7:30 pm / 1 hour

    Develop your vocabulary of floorwork moves while emphasizing musicality, sensuality, and fun! It's designed to guide you through different floorwork moves while giving you the creativity to find your style.

    No experience necessary! All bodies are welcome!

    • no heels, barefeet/socks are encouraged

    • knee pads are required

  • Samba Flow with Nilla Bean

    Tuesdays 6 pm / 1 hour

    The basics and drills of Brazilian Samba like you would see on the streets during Carnival.
    Samba Flow goes over the basic samba step and builds into showgirl walks, turns, jumps and twists. It is a full-body workout with graceful yet powerful lines to upbeat drums and world music.

  • Bell Dance Fusion with Nilla Bean

    Tuesdays 7 pm / 1 hour

    Introduction to classic cabaret-style belly dance and more, all levels of dancers and performers are welcome.
    Posture, movement, footwork and isolations in weekly drills and combos to modern and classic music.

Movement & Flexibility Classes

  • Floor Dance Acrobatics

    Ultimately, the goal of this class is to learn how to safely enter, hold, and exit acrobatic positions with grace and skill.
    The class focuses on mastering various acrobatic movements such as head, shoulder, and handstands, shoulder rolls, and floor poses, all while ensuring safe transitions and balance.

  • Full Body Flexibility Intensive

    Body flexibility classes are designed to help participants improve flexibility and range of motion throughout the entire body.
    Participants can expect to learn stretches and techniques that can improve overall posture and alignment, release muscle tension, and increase mobility in all areas of the body.

    The class offers introductory-level pole tricks, conditioning exercises, transitions, fundamental techniques for both static and spinning poles, and emphasizes safety.
    It's not a typical dance class; rather, it's a dedicated training session designed to enhance strength and proficiency through dynamic techniques.

  • Beginner Pole Tricks with Tina

    Saturdays 11:30 am / 1 hour

    Learn fundamentals of pole dancing as well as beginner tricks and transitions, and understand how to piece movements together to execute an entire combination from start to finish.

    The class is designed to help students level up to intermediate class

    • beginner level

    • not a heels class, open skin is required for a good grip

    • recommended outfits: short shorts, sports bra and bikinis

    • 1-2 people per pole

  • Pole Tricks with Tina

    Fridays 7:30 pm / 1 hour

    If you already have a basic understanding of the fundamentals of Pole dancing and want to enhance your skills on a spin pole - this class is a perfect fit for you! Here you will learn fun tips, tricks and transitions to add to their repertoire.

    • level 1-2, not a beginner class

    • recommended outfits: short shorts, sports bra and bikinis

    • not a heels class although you can decide whether to wear them or not

    • 1-2 people per pole

  • Exotic Pole Dance (Russian Style)
